Black Feathers

Black Feathers examined contributions of Britains BAME communities in the First World War. In particular, examining contributions to the Allied war effort by Caribbean and Indian regiments for the Allied Forces. Participants analysed and interpreted original diary entries by soldiers serving in the war and worked these impressions into a stage play portraying the lives and reflecting the struggles of BAME soldiers on the front line.
